Forging And Heat Treatment
Open Die Forging Unit, having capability of manufacture and supply of Open Die Forgings up to 11 MT single piece weights of components. We are forging a variety of raw materials like plain carbon steels, alloy steels & stainless steels with varying sizes and complex shape components.

HEAT TREATMENT:

All the parts are heat treated in PLC controlled, CNG gas fired batch type furnaces having capacity of 20, 30 & 60 MT.
All the Furnaces are calibrated as per API 6A Annexure M and AMS 2750 E standards and meet the critical requirements of our customers.
Furnaces are capable of carrying out variety of processes like Normalizing, Annealing, Iso-Thermal Annealing, Hardening & Tempering and Solution Annealing. All the furnaces are fully equipped with temperature sensing units along with temperature controllers and recorders.
Quenching tanks (Oil & Water) are located close to furnaces, with independent agitation and circulation system to ensure affective quenching with a transfer time of 60 seconds.

- Universal Testing & Impact Testing Machine calibrated as per the requirement of ASTM.
